Green, peach and blue are the focus of these three small home interior designs,
each cut through with natural wood tone. The spaces are snug, measuring just under 40 square metres, but the decor is airy and welcoming. One decor scheme gains colour and quirky character through eye catching wall murals and a copper accent kitchen design, whilst the other two flirt with colour through furniture accents. These homes and their floor plans present inspiration for open flow living, plus a light sharing glass bedroom design and a cosy sleeping niche. Stylish entryway components make the most of short hallways and compact bathrooms are conquered with custom solutions.

Measuring 36 square metres, this flat in Moscow is a single space with decor based on the family’s love for nature. The young family love to unwind from their busy lives by taking a break in the countryside, so a lush green decor palette with wood components was welcomed in. A natural rug and cream sofa keep the lounge area light and bright in the small space.
An electric piano divides the lounge area from the open plan bedroom, with a black swing arm wall lamp extended above it. Long curtains provide a more solid room divider if the homeowners wish for their space to be sectioned completely into two.
Blush elements sweeten and uplift the muted green colour in the kitchen, whilst black accents add punch.
A white marble countertop gives a high-end look to the small kitchen and a dining peninsula. Three-legged kitchen bar stools bring the light wood tone element into the mix.
Green vibes head along the hallway to the entry door, where there’s a vanity table arrangement and a set of tasteful wall hooks.
A smart black vanity stool tucks beneath the bespoke dressing table and storage nook.
As we turn into the bedroom half of the common space, we’re met with an inviting palette of peach and green. A row of green wall units coordinate with the paintwork and portiere, whilst base cabinets and the bed merge into a contrasting stripe.
One of the cabinets converts into a desk by the bed. Bifold doors pull away to reveal leg space under the worktop.
A folding chair makes a flexible addition to the concealed home workspace. A plant stand softens the blunt edge of the large unit.
The white bathroom scheme takes on a utilitarian feel from the presence of wired glass panels, which front a linen cupboard over the boxed cistern and build a housing unit around a washer-dryer machine.
Black grout adds definition around white tiling, which coordinates with the thin black metal frame of the vanity and black bathroom vanity lights.
From the home plan we can see the impact of closing off the bedroom completely, and how the portiere function benefits the feel of the common space.

The ‘Smoking Pigeon’ apartment in Kyiv, Ukraine is a bright and open design thanks to large windows and a light-sharing glass wall bedroom. A serene modern wall mural brings warm beige and green tones to the room, which complement the wooden chevron floor and a warm brown leather sofa.
In the interest of not obscuring any natural light from the living room window, a small dining pendant light has been selected for over the pedestal dining table. Wooden dining chairs match with the table’s ribbed base.
Beside the dining set, a single wall of black cabinets and a copper kitchen backsplash make a solid statement in the white room.
Open kitchen shelving adds a timber accent.
A black mirror, entryway bench, and door architrave complement black framework around the glass bedroom design.
A persian rug lays pattern beneath the plain platform bed, whilst an ombre paint effect subtly colours the headboard wall.
Another nature mural has been added inside the bedroom–a mirror image of the one in the lounge. A teardrop glass vase displays a real piece of the great outdoors.
Two different bedroom pendant lights drop over a pair of matching black and white bedside tables. A planter pendant light serves a home workspace in the window.
An airy blue tint gives the small bathroom scheme a fresh aesthetic, and more quirky wall murals add a splash of humour. Living greenery spills from a planter wall light design.
Over on the other side of the bathroom, a blue vanity unit melds with the walls.
A deep framed vanity mirror projects over the freestanding bathroom sink unit.
